    My career has taken me across private residences, international travel, luxury events and hospitality ventures, where success depended on far more than culinary skill. It required trust, discretion, commercial awareness and the ability to consistently deliver exceptional outcomes under pressure.

    Today, I draw on that experience to advise clients, develop concepts, design menus, create memorable events and help hospitality businesses elevate both their offering and the experiences they deliver.

Island Crust Patties

What began as a small project inspired by heritage and a desire to introduce authentic Jamaican patties to Australia quickly evolved into something much larger. Within six months of launching, Island Crust secured national manufacturing and distribution partnerships, transforming a founder-led concept into a scalable consumer brand.

Business & Entrepreneurship

Whether launching brands, identifying opportunities or bringing ambitious ideas to life, I enjoy the challenge of turning vision into execution.


  • Having spent my career adapting to changing industries and evolving markets, I became increasingly interested in cloud computing, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence; not as technical disciplines alone, but as transformative tools reshaping the global economy.

    To deepen that understanding, I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Cybersecurity at Monash University and earned the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification. Alongside this, I continue to develop my skills in Python, automation and AI while exploring how emerging technologies can create smarter systems, improve decision-making and unlock new opportunities for growth.

    For me, technology is not a departure from hospitality or entrepreneurship. It is a continuation of the same mindset: staying curious, embracing change and finding better ways to solve problems.
